Viewing a List of Regions

The Regions page shows a table containing basic information about regions that are defined for the selected company or subsidiary. The Sub-regions page shows the sub-regions defined for a region.

To view a list of regions

  1. Open the Properties page for the company or subsidiary you want to view regions for.
  2. From the category list, click Regions.
  3. The Regions page opens.

  4. To add a region to the database, click the Actions menu and select Create New. See Creating a Region.
  5. To delete regions from the database, click the check box for each region you want to delete and click Delete from the page Actions menu. To select all regions in the list, click the check box in the column heading.
  6. A message is displayed, asking you to confirm that you want to delete the item(s) from the database. Click Yes to confirm the deletion or click No if you want the item(s) to remain in the database.
